The Proposal
Adonis Smart Foods has received a proposal from REWE, a major German supermarket, to stock their bars in early 2019. They will be sold in about 200 outlets.
The company already sells in 6 European countries and is eager to grow internationally.
Last October Adonis earned £42k of revenue, a record. They also moved into stylish new premises in Vauxhall, London.
Adonis plans to sell the bars in REWE on special free-standing display units. Each carrying 6 boxes, or 150 bars.
To fund this expansion Adonis would like to raise £19.5k from PrimeStox investors to fund the production of 975 boxes of Adonis bars to fill the display stands.
In return Adonis is offering to repay in just 7 months plus 8.5% profit or 9.1% PRIME. That's an annual equivalent rate of 16.1%. You'll also become a Friend of the brand.

Adonis Founder Ingo Braeunlich is a former City worker who after working long hours saw first-hand the weight and health impacts of sugary snacks.
The company is continuing to do well and in October earned £42k of revenue, a record for Adonis. However it expects that November and December will be quieter because they are a health food brand.
Adonis' first offer on PrimeStox was successfully repaid in full in May this year.
Adonis is growing in Britain but it also has an eye on the international market.
They have justreceived a proposal from a major German supermarket chain REWE to list their products in 2019.
Adonis would now like to raise a top-up offer to fund this expansion.
Adonis bars are different because their bars are 100% natural and low sugar, and are free from date-based additives. They also taste delicious.
