PrimeStox was founded in December 2015 and launched in December 2016.
PrimeStox is a marketplace where food lovers and investors can buy food products in bulk at wholesale prices. The buyers hold title to these products and a secondary sale is arranged. They expect to earn when these products are sold or they can even request delivery.

Joseph Cherrez is a finance professional with almost 20 years’ experience. He began his career in 2003 at Lazard in mergers and acquisitions working in London and New York.
In 2006 he moved into metals and mining and worked for various large funds including Glencore International, Pallinghurst and Zamin Ferrous for just over a decade.
Then in 2016 Joseph founded PrimeStox, the world’s first funding platform dedicated to fine and organic food producers.
Joseph has a degree in mathematics from Oxford University.
JENNY LOUW
Horticulturist, Landscape designer, and Author. Jenny also won the prestigious Landscape Designer of the Year Award from SABC’s Top Billing in 2006.
Top Billing is South Africa’s longest-running entertainment and lifestyle programme.
Jenny is a native of Cape Town and is a recognised motivational speaker and writer on sustainable living and health.
